Where is the source code i have downloaded TicketDesk 2.1.4 - Compiled and open it in vs 2013 it runs well but what if i want to do some modification?

It will be good if you can add some screen prints of this application. Then people like me can easily decide whether i need it or not. Moreover pictures are very easy to understand things quickly.

I should probably remove or rename the file for the next packaged release.

The sqlweb.config is just a copy of the default web.config. Basically, if you customized web.config and later need to put it back to "stock" (or just see how the stock config looks) then the sqlweb.config is your backup.

Please provide descrition between web.config and sqlweb.config. Although the naming sounds obvious they both use the SQL connector, however integrated SQL in your examples.
