New Users and changes in DB disappear

Hi everyone!

I'm trying TicketDesk 2.0.  I opened it in visual studio 2010. I'm using sql express 2008. I've opened the DB whithin visual studio (TicketDesk.mdf1) and I've changed some collums data to portuguese using the Update command. I've also registered some new users in TicketDesk local website for tests. It has worked. Then I closed visual studio. Now, when I open all I need for run TicketDesk locally, including Visual Studio, every change I've made dissapear. There is no user register, the tables are exactly as they were when I used TicketDesk for the first time.

I'll appreciate if anyone can help me.
