Email not working

Hi, Email function is not working, when new ticket is created the email is not received

Footer not aligned at the bottom

Footer was not aligned at the bottom, therefore I propose to change <footer class=""> to <footer class="" style="position:fixed; width:100%; padding:5px; bottom:0px; ">
