Email not working

Hi, Email function is not working, when new ticket is created the email is not received

What version of TicketDesk are you working with? If it's TD 2.5, you should know that the new ticket broadcast notification hasn't been implemented yet. See https://github.com/NullDesk/TicketDesk/issues/50
