HowTo: Upgrade to TicketDesk 1.2

No matter if you are running TicketDesk 1.0 or 1.1, the upgrade process to update to TicketDesk 1.2 is fairly simple.
  • Copy the updated web application files to the web server.
  • If you are upgrading from 1.0 to 1.2, run the script /app_data/Update_1.0_to_1.1.SQL against your database
  • Run the script /app_data/Update_1.1_to_1.2.SQL against your database
  • Customize any setting in web.config for your environment as appropriate. There have been significant changes in web.config in this release. See Installation and Configuration for more info.
