Release Notes
TicketDesk 2.0 is a re-write of TicketDesk on the ASP.NET MVC 2.0 platform.
This is a re-release of the beta version to fix some email delivery bugs that accidentally made it into the base 2.0 release (sorry about that).
This is a compiled distribution. Edit the configuration as appropriate for your environment, and copy it out to a web server.
Please see the documentation section for information on installation and configuration.
Recommended Requirements: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, Server with IIS 7 or higher (integrated pipeline), SQL Server 2005/SQL 2008 (Full or Express edition).
Reviews for this release
This project is good, powerful and well developed using contemporary technologies and methodologies. But I didn't like the way string constants used in the UI are scattered all over the code and database. This makes the project difficult to localize. I localized it into Arabic, but the work was not organized because the system is not localization ready.
