Recommended Requirements: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5, Server with IIS 7 or higher (integrated pipeline), SQL Server 2008 or higher (Full, Express edition or localdb editions).

Superb system. Minimalistic, yet fully featured. It doesn't alienate end-users by being overly complex, but provides all the tools an IT department could need for helpdesk ticketing. Many thanks, and I look forward to looking into v3.
