SMS Alert for new ticket?

whether there will be an annex to the notice of the new ticket at sms?

TicketDesk 2.5 has a provider model for push notifications. You can add an SMS provider fairly easily. I will eventually add at least a Twilio SMS notification provider at some point (probably TD 2.7), but it will not be included in the 2.5 release unless someone in the community has time to code it up and do a pull request.
