Assigning a task to user is not obvious

First of all, thank you for sharing your work here.

I downloaded V2.1 and playing around to see if I can use this for my need. While adding or editing, there is no option to assign a ticket to given user. Am I missing anything obvious?

If you are logged in as a user in the staff role, when viewing a ticket there will be a takeover and/or assign button in the activity bar.

Only staff can assign tickets, but they can perform an assignment, or takeover a ticket, at any time (regardless of who it is currently assigned to). This lets them pass tickets around to each other as needed without having to jump through any hoops or navigate through chains of escalation.
